Is KwikCash a lender?
We’re a broker, not a lender. Because we search through a vast panel of lenders on your behalf, we can increase your chances of getting a loan with just one application. What's the criteria for applying?
You can apply for a loan as long as you:- are at least 18 years old
- live in the UK
- work in the UK
- have a UK bank account
When will I receive the cash?
Depending on the lender, the money will be in your account between 1 hour and 48 hours after being accepted. The vast majority of our customers receive their money the same day.Are there any charges or fees?
There are NO charges for applying, and even if your application is approved, you will be under no obligations unless you accept a loan offer. You can expect the interest rate to be roughly £25 for each £100 you borrow over a period of about 28 days. This varies between lenders, so make sure you read your loan offer carefully if you are approved.
The Representative APR is 1737% for quick payday loans found with KwikCash. Please note our representative example on the right of the page.
Can I apply over the phone?
Yes, you can! You can do this between 9-5 on weekdays (8.00-4.30 Fridays) with Live Chat or phone us on 0800 80 89 803.How do I pay back the loan?
Payment is made automatically via a debit agreement and is usually within 28 days. If you are offered a loan, the date will be agreed then – it’s usually arranged on or just after your next payday. How much can I borrow?
You can apply to borrow up to £500 through us, however you may be offered a lower amount depending on your circumstances. What can I use the loan for?
If you apply and are accepted, it's your money, so there are no restrictions. But payday loans are designed for emergency financial situations.Do you contact my employer?
We don’t, but the lender may need to verify your employment. They will not discuss any details of the loan application, and your employer will not be told the reason for the call. What is Continuous Payment Authority?
Some lenders use CPA (continuous payment authority) to retrieve payment. This means that you authorise the lender to withdraw the funds from your bank account. They can also make multiple attempts to withdraw the money if it is not available. If you want to cancel your CPA, you can do this by contacting the lender or by contacting your bank and requesting a cancellation. Can I have more than one loan at a time?
We strongly recommend not doing so. Most lenders require that you pay each loan in full before you can get a new one. You should only apply for a loan amount you are comfortable with repaying within the loan period. Please see our responsible lending page for more information.I was just trying to apply for a loan and it’s directed me to another site!
This means that you have been directed to a lender who has shown interest in offering you a loan. You may need to fill in more details there, or agree to the offer if you want to accept it.If you are reading this after closing the site you were directed to, please check your email (and junk folder) as you should have been sent a link to the lender as well.
A field is showing up red on the application form. Why?
This would indicate that either an error is present or a field is lacking information. Please make sure there’s a space in your full postcode and that you have provided two landline numbers (work & home), as these are the most common errors. You also need to ensure that correct payment dates (i.e. these cannot be dates that are in the past).Still can't find what you're looking for? Please email us at customers@kwikcash.co.uk or see our Contact page.
* This may vary from lender to lender, some lenders may take up to 48 hours. We do not guarantee you will be approved for any amount.
